How We Work
Scheduling:
Scheduling with Metro Solutions is easy! Simply give us a call or complete our Request Service Form and one of our customer care representatives will contact you. While scheduling your service, please remember to give our care team a full detail of your project. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, you should be home during your scheduled appointment or consultation. For questions or estimates, please give us a call. Please note that only a general price estimate will be given over the phone, other fees may apply.
Arrival:
Metro Solutions Handymen will arrive at the scheduled appointment time with a variety of tools and supplies. You will be assigned a technician skilled in the work to be done. Your technician will be wearing a Metro Solutions uniform and will review the job with you to confirm the length of time needed and the price to complete the job and then start working on your project.

If the work to be done requires more than a single handyman, Metro Solutions will have set the expectation that additional uniformed Metro Solutions technicians will be sent.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Metro Solutions Handymen are happy to work with any materials you supply – your choice of paint to be used, kitchen tile or light bulbs that you have purchased. If there are additional materials needed for your job, there are a couple options:

Have Metro Solutions Handymen pick up the materials for you for an additional fee.

Our technician can begin work on your project while you do the shopping for any additional materials your technician needs to complete the job.

When you hire Metro Solutions Handymen, you and your property are protected. Our technicians are fully insured for accidental damage and workers’ compensation. If one of our handymen is injured while performing work in your home or business, you are free of liability.
payments:
Most often, services are billed at an hourly rate. The benefit you receive is that you only pay for the time required to complete the work. Payment is expected at the completion of work unless other arrangements have been made with Metro Solutions Accounting Department. Our work is backed by our guarantee: After we leave your home, if you find a problem with the workmanship performed, simply call our office at 980-999-0017 and we will return to address the problem.
